A chance for men to feel seen, heard and understood. An opportunity to be challenged if wanted and where we can grow by knowing we aren't alone, in whatever struggles we may be going through.
A mens circle. What's that?

A circle is a private and confidential place without judgement, to express emotions and share anything that is happening or happened in your life. The idea is to facilitate growth, togetherness, feel understood and work on being better men. The circles follow a proven structure, which creates a comfortable and productive environment, for us to move forwards with life challenges we are facing.

What to expect.
A small group of men (sitting in a circle), being hosted/facilitated by Son, through a structured meeting including taking turns to talk, listening to each other and a calming exercise.
Face to face meetings will include a fire pit, walks, sauna & river/lake swims.

Agreements of every meeting:

Private and confidential - whats happens in the circle, stays in the circle.

​Sober - circles are not the time to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.

Your presence - remove distractions, be still, good internet, listen, respect.

Everything is by invitation - just turning can be enough, you can take part at your level.

All emotions are welcome - anger, frustration, sadness, anxiety, joy etc etc

Non Judgement - we practice not condemning or fixing and accepting others.
